Beta Privacy Notice

1. What this notice covers

This notice explains how Triplance collects and uses information when you request access to, use, or give feedback on our invitation-only beta. The beta is operated from California, United States.

2. Information we collect

We collect the name, email, country, tester role, agreement version, and acceptance time you submit. We also collect feedback you choose to send and essential technical records needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service. Please do not submit government ID, bank details, real payment information, health information, or another person's sensitive information.

3. Why we use it

We use this information to verify beta access, provide support, investigate misuse or security problems, understand feedback, improve the product, and document your acceptance of the beta agreements. We do not sell beta tester information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. When we disclose it

We may disclose information to service providers that host or support the beta under contractual restrictions, when required by law, or to protect users, Triplance, and the public. Data may be processed in the United States.

5. Retention and security

Beta sessions expire after 30 days. We generally retain acceptance records for up to three years and feedback while it remains useful, unless law, a dispute, or security need requires longer. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is completely secure.

6. Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your beta information, or stop testing at any time. California residents may have additional rights under applicable privacy law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

7. Age and changes

The beta is for adults age 18 or older and is not directed to children. If this notice changes materially, we will update the effective date and may ask you to accept the new version before continuing.
