TESTING RULES
Beta Terms & Conditions
Effective August 6, 2026 · Beta version 2026-08-06
1. Eligibility and invitation
You must be at least 18 and personally invited to participate. Your link, code, and access are nontransferable. You are responsible for activity using your access.
2. Evaluation license
Triplance grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the beta only to evaluate it and provide feedback. You may not sell access, scrape data, interfere with security, impersonate another person, reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits it, or use the beta unlawfully.
3. No real transactions
The beta is a prototype. It does not create a real tour, booking, payment, payout, insurance policy, identity verification, or guide-client relationship. Do not rely on availability, prices, maps, messages, reviews, safety indicators, or other sample content for real travel decisions.
4. Feedback
You keep ownership of your original feedback. You grant Triplance a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and incorporate that feedback into products and services without compensation or attribution.
5. Beta changes and termination
Features may be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or removed at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for any reason, including violation of these terms or the Confidentiality Agreement.
6. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the beta is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties. Triplance is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from beta use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
7. Governing law
California law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in San Francisco County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
8. Entire agreement
These terms, the Beta Privacy Notice, and the Confidentiality Agreement are the complete beta agreement. Electronic acceptance has the same effect as a signature to the extent allowed by law.
